Guests wanting close access to Miami International Airport couldn't find a better location than the hotel right inside the airport. The Miami International Airport Hotel is a great choice for guests with long layovers or early morning flights. The hotel is six miles from downtown Miami and an easy drive from many of South Florida's attractions. The hotel's rooftop pool and recreational facilities are closed for renovation until January 2008, but guests can still enjoy the airport's shops, food and beverage outlets, and services. Hungry guests can satisfy their tastebuds with seafood and continental cuisine at the Top of the Port Restaurant, located on the seventh floor for panoramic views of the airport. One floor up is the tropical atmosphere of the Top of the Port Lounge with an atrium bar and wide screen television. There is also a lobby bar. The concourse area includes a sushi bar.
All of the guestrooms are soundproof. Festooned with a tropical d�cor, the rooms feature light colored furniture, cable television, video game consoles, dial up Internet access and room service.
Business travelers seeking a convenient venue for fly in meetings and small conferences are drawn to the hotel. Guests are only steps away from the entrance to Concourse E. This is the ultimate convenience for guests passing through Miami International Airport.
Renovation Notice:
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations to its health club, including the pool, fitness room, spa tub and to the Poolside Bar and Top of the Port Lounge. The estimated completion date is early 2008. This date is subject to change.
